Established in 2023, Cheney Land Services LLC is a land management company based in Northeastern Connecticut, servicing the southern New England area. Specializing in developing unsightly land and turning it into something new, our broad list of services allows us to take on many different projects to fit your needs. With over 10 years of prior heavy construction experience, we have the expertise to tackle our projects head on.

For most kids who grew up playing in sandboxes with Tonka toys, a future life in the construction industry was almost a certainty. For our founder, Brian Cheney, it all started with Tonka toys and riding with his father to visit jobsites throughout his youth. From learning to run equipment in grade school, working for his father on weekends and school vacations, and graduating from Roger Williams University with a degree in Construction Management, this is what he loves to do. Brian takes pride in his work, and works to ensure his customers needs are exceeded on every project.
